Regarding with the proposed draft of amendment and supplement of the Trading rules with electricity by Energy and water regulatory commission, the Bulgarian Photovoltaic Association has prepared a statement, which has been submitted to the Energy Regulator.
The main proposal we are making in the Trading rules with electricity is to settle the contract between RES producers with installed capacity of 4 MW and over 4 MB and the coordinator of the balancing group in the cases, when the producers been chose to sell the produced electricity through a coordinator on an organized stock market exchange (Art. 100, para. 6 of the Energy Act).
