On January 6, 2022, BGWEA, ATEB and BPVA sent a joint letter to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Energy and the Chairman of the Energy Committee in the National Assembly regarding acts of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) that contradict of the decision of the National Assembly for a moratorium on electricity price and endanger the functioning of the free energy market.
