The Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), the Bulgarian Photovoltaic Association (BPVA) and the National Union of Agricultural Cooperatives in Bulgaria (NUACB) submitted a joint Statement in relation to the Draft Decision on Moratorium on the change of use of agricultural land - state and municipal property for construction of photovoltaic parks and wind power plants, submitted to the National Assembly on 06.02.2025.
