BPVA submitted a Statement to the President of the 51st National Assembly, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance in relation to § 3 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Draft State Budget for 2025, in which we call for the termination of the measure for the application of a revenue cap on electricity producers.
