The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) is carrying out an analysis of possible solutions in relation to the situation with the extremely high prices achieved on the balancing electricity market, the regulator informs on its website.
By the end of next week, the EWRC will adopt and issue a decision to resolve the problem through a fairer way of distributing the balancing electricity costs between all market participants.
