On the legal-information system of the Council of Ministers is published the Decision on the determination of the values that serve for the calculation of the revenue cap for the respective type of electricity producer under Art. 1 of the Final Provisions of the Law on the collection of revenues and the execution of expenditures in 2025, until the adoption of the State budget and the budgets of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) and the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) for 2025.
Producers of electricity from renewable energy sources without a contract for compensation with premiums will set their market revenue cap at 300 BGN/MWh of the value of the electricity produced.
The values are determined for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
A declaration together with an annex and instructions for filling it in are published on the website of the Electricity System Security Fund.
