On November 16th, BPVA submitted a Statement to the Minister of Finance in relation to paragraph 3 of the Draft Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2024, which provides for the continuation of the revenue cap regime for electricity producers for the calendar year 2024.
