The BPVA team participates in a series of meetings related to the European Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1854 of 6 October 2022 on an emergency intervention to address high energy prices.
On October 14, 2022 we received a draft law informally discussed at a meeting of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters at the Council of Ministers with the aim of implementing the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2022/1854 of 6 October 2022 on an emergency intervention to address high energy prices.
On October 19, 2022 at the initiative of the Ministry of Energy, a working meeting was held for the discussion of the draft law.
BPVA took an active position in protecting the interests of renewable energy producers and submitted a statement to the Minister of Energy, in which we presented our proposals.
