In connection with the Draft Decree of the Council of Ministers laying down the conditions and procedure for the implementation of a program for providing aid through compensation for the temporary relief of electricity prices for energy-intensive consumers, published for public consultation on September 18, 2025, the Bulgarian Photovoltaic Association (BPVA) has submitted a Statement to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Energy.
